Juliette is an atypical grandmother without any complexes or prior assumptions. In each episode, an idiosyncratic conversation between Juliette and her close friends and relatives provides us with a close look at the life of this hyperactive grandmother. It gives us surprising insight into our own lives and the main themes of society.
She’s an extremely active woman in her seventies who lives in the 21st century. Juliette comes from a bourgeois background and is a hugely eccentric woman. She dresses in bright colours and batik fabrics and has had quite a life, which has made her a very sociable character that has no complexes or prior assumptions.
She has a Facebook page on which her granddaughter posts regularly, she helps her friends create their profiles on Meetic, knows all the good cheap flight deals and has sold an entire collection of old-fashioned silverware on eBay….
